This bakery is on a mission. Food for Good Thought, which sells gluten-free muffins, bread, cookies and pizza, opened a retail bakery at 4185 N. High St. in Clintonville on Saturday. It is more than just a shop catering to folks with food allergies. It's also an occupational training center for teens and adults with autism.
